The idea behind this wine was to create a natural white Burgundy style blend, with long barrel maturation and elegant structure. In the nose notes, smokiness and a hint of fresh brioche. On the palate it feels opulent and ripe, without being a heavyweight and keeping its balance. This wine creates a salty mineral flavor, the elegant oak note completes this piece of art.
